- Led delivery of a multi-year, ~$400M infrastructure and business-continuity program for a leading national bank.
- Delivery & QA lead for the infrastructure consulting practice: quality and risk across four concurrent enterprise projects, 20+ consultants and engineers.
- Built the client's first structured TCO model for its IT estate together with the bank's finance function.

- Technical execution of a ~$430M portfolio unifying the IT core of a merged national bank: two Tier-III data center clusters, 1,400+ racks, 45,000+ users.
- Roadmap to 99.99% availability for key business systems, including stand-in architectures and a vendor-independent VDI environment.
- Splunk-based business process monitoring built natively on Google Cloud, with DevOps pipelines and automated releases.
